Top tips on looking after your cut flowers
Fill a vase three-quarters full with water.
Take each flower and remove all the leaves which would be submerged below the water level
Cut 1-2cm off bottom of each stem then put them in the vase.
Change the water as often as possible.
Deadhead (snip off rather than pull) any dead, diseased or dying flowers, or remove the flower completely from the vase.
Use the flower food provided with your flowers as instructed on sachet.
Beware of the pollen on lilies, it may stain skin and clothing.
